All British travellers are required to obtain visa to China. Applications can be submitted either through us or by yourself to the Embassy/Consulate.

Documents required for Chinese visa (per person):

The procedure of obtaining Chinese tourist visa has been changed recently (from April), and now the following documents must be submitted together with your visa application form:

  • Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure; also, there must be at least 2 blank pages in the passport for visa processing.
  • A completed visa application form.
  • A recent passport-sized photo must be on your application form.
  • A copy of outward and return flight ticket booking (this will be supplied by Magical China Ltd if booked with us).
  • A copy of Chinese hotel booking (this will be supplied by Magical China Ltd if booked with us).
Visa fee:
£60 per person by cheque or bank transfer to Magical China for an all inclusive service. Your documents will be returned to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery. In order for us to return the documents to you safely, please make sure to clearly indicate your postal address on a separate piece of paper.

We suggest all documents to be sent to us by registered Special Delivery post 2 month prior to your holiday. Timetable of Magical China visa service will be sent to you close to your holiday time. For further information, please visit www.chinese-embassy.org.uk
